COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update


We would like to reassure our guests that we are adhering to the guidelines issued by the British Government, Public Health England and the National Health Service regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).


The health of our staff and guestsis our priority, and we have therefore put in place the following precautionary measures:

  • In addition to the existing hand washing facilities around our properties, we are supplying hand sanitiser in key locations, plus temporary hand wash stations at the entrance to each property.
  • We have introduced additional cleaning to our already comprehensive routines, especially focusing on touchpoints such as door handles, public bathrooms, etc. and have continued the use of disinfectant.
  • All our staff are receiving regular guidance and updates on how to prevent COVID-19 in the workplace.


In line with Government guidance, if you have a high temperature, or a newly acquired continuous cough, please postpone your visit, and stay at home for seven days. Please also ensure that you practise good hand hygiene, following guidelines on how to avoid the virus, details of which can be found here on the NHS website:

In light of the current situation, we are pleased to advise that we’re relaxing our cancellation policy for both bedroom and event bookings.

In summary, we will be offering the following:

  1. If you wish to move your booking to an alternative date, we will be flexible and try to accommodate your request, subject to availability. This applies to both accommodation and event bookings. Please contact us with an alternative date in mind.
  2. If we need to cancel events due to restrictions being imposed, we will offer you the chance to move the booking, or obtain a full refund.
  3. If you are unable to move the date, then please call us to discuss alternative options.

For any new reservations made before 31st March 2020, you have the flexibility to modify* your stay FREE OF CHARGE, up to 7 days before your arrival.

*The revised booking is to be made within the calendar year 2020, subject to availability. Please note that accommodation rates alter in relation to demand, so for example, a different month, or day/s of the week may be at a higher or lower cost. The cost of the original booking will therefore be taken as a credit towards the new revised booking, and if the rate is higher, the difference will be the responsibility of the customer and if it is lower, a credit will be made towards your ‘extras’ bill for your stay. No refunds will be made.
